Mayme Lucille Winters
WASHOUGAL—Lucile Winters, 83, a homemaker, died Wednesday, July 19, 1995, in Vancouver, of pancreatitis.
Mrs. Winters, who had lived in
the Washougal area 68 years, enjoyed reading romance novels, collecting stuffed
animals, visiting the senior citizen center and “going anywhere.” She was born Jan. 11, 1912, in Deward,
Her husband, Albert, died in 1991, and two children preceded her in death.
Survivors include one daughter, Joan Croswell of Raymond; one brother, Clyde Morse of Walla Walla; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A funeral will begin at 1 p.m.
Monday at Straub’s Funeral Home in Camas, followed by burial in
