Harold W. Busch

A service will begin at 1 p.m. Friday at Zion Lutheran Church in Camas for Harold Walter Busch, who died Saturday, Nov. 11, 2000, in Vancouver.  He was 79.

Mr. Busch was a sheet metal worker for Boeing, a weaver at Pendleton Woolen Mills and a shareholder with Stevenson Co-Ply.

He was born Sept. 2, 1921, in Tripp, S.D., and lived in Camas since 1935.

Survivors include his wife, Vera E., at home; one daughter, Linda Busch-Pfeifle of Washougal; four sons, Timothy of Mount Vernon, Wash., Terry and Scott, both of Vancouver, and Allan of Kirkland; one sister, Grace Brink of Vancouver; and two granddaughters.

Mr. Busch was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and Lutheran Brotherhood.

He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.

Burial will be in Fern Prairie Cemetery.

Brown’s Funeral Home in Camas is in charge of arrangements.
