Laura “Pearl” Kays

 KAYS, Pearl – Age 78, April 25, 1964 at Vancouver, Wash.  Born July 3, 1885 at Montavilla, Ore.  Lived at Rt. 1, Box 63, Battle Ground, Wash., since 1913.  Widower, James William Kays, Battle Ground, Wash.  Sons, William, Cliff, and Chester Kays, Vancouver, Wash., and Alfred Kays, Eugene, Ore.  Daughters, Edna Hill and Wanda Yinger, Vancouver, Wash.  20 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.  Sister, Vina (Bina) Warren, Forest Grove, Ore.  Funeral services 3 p.m., Wednesday, April 29 at the Vancouver Funeral Chapel.  Vault interment Fern Prairie Cemetery.  The Vancouver Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
