Deroyn Warren

CAMAS—Deroyn W. Warren, a 64-year-old retired maintenance man and bus driver with the Washougal School District, died Monday in Vancouver.

Mr. Warren was born Aug. 6, 1920, in Eminence, Mo.

He had lived in the Camas area for 20 years, and last resided at 26617 N. E. Third St.

Mr. Warren enjoyed camping and fishing.

Survivors include his widow, Betty, at home; three sons, Tyrus Williams of Spokane, James Warren of Wenatchee, and Phil Warren of Vancouver; three daughters, Patricia Scott and Goldie Harvel, both of Kelso, and Joyce Warren of Washougal; six brothers, Dee of Eminence, Carmel of Summersville, Mo., Clayton and William, both of Springfield, Mo., Doc of Laramie, Wyo., and Joe of Casper, Wyo. three sisters, Sadia Thomas of St. Louis, Mo., Lola Berrett of Kansas City, Mo., and Lavada Odom of Granite City, Ill.; and 13 grandchildren. 

The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Monday at Straub’s Funeral Home in Camas.  The Rev. Carmel Warren will officiate.

Burial will be in Fern Prairie Cemetery.
