Edgar Webberley—79

Services took place Sunday at the Reorganized Church of Latter Day Saints for retired tree farmer Edgar Webberley, who died May 21 in Camas at age 79.

He was born in Ironton, Ohio, March 12, 1905 and had lived in Camas 73 years.

He attended the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Camas and was a former chairman of the board of the Clark County Dairyman’s Association and of the Clark County Soil Conservation Board.

He is survived by his wife Edith Webberley, at home; a son Duane Edgar Webberley of Trout Lake, Wash.; daughters, Lorraine E. Bush and Christine Bilyeu of Vancouver; 13 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.

Other survivors include his brothers Alma Webberley and a twin Edward Webberley of Camas and Ernest Webberley of Belton, Mo.; a sister, Marie Williams and a niece Barbara Woodman, both of Vancouver and numerous nieces and nephews.

Vault interment was at the Fern Prairie Cemetery.

Elder Paul Blair officiated at the ceremony.
